By using this website or engaging tutoring services through The Physics Cat Tutoring, you agree to the following terms.

Services

The Physics Cat Tutoring provides online tutoring and academic support services. All sessions are conducted remotely and scheduled by mutual agreement.

Tutoring services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for classroom instruction or professional counseling.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least **24 hours’ notice**.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged **one-third of the session fee**, as the reserved time cannot typically be reassigned.

 

Payment

Payment details are provided after booking confirmation. Payments are processed securely through third-party services such as PayPal. The Physics Cat Tutoring does not store payment information.

Conduct Expectations

All tutoring sessions are professional educational interactions. Respectful communication and appropriate conduct are expected at all times.

The Physics Cat Tutoring reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services if conduct expectations are not met.

No Guarantee of Results

While tutoring is designed to support learning and understanding, **no specific academic outcomes or grade improvements are guaranteed**. Student progress depends on multiple factors, including effort, engagement, and external coursework requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The Physics Cat Tutoring is not liable for academic decisions, outcomes, or actions taken based on tutoring sessions. Use of services is at the client’s discretion.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
